The Ergonomic Design of the Milemont Memory Foam Cervical Pillow:
The two most important features of a therapeutic cervical pillow are support and comfort. The Milemont Cervical Pillow is uniquely contoured, so your head is cradled, and your neck is supported while you sleep. While a normal pillow tends to push your neck up, the Milemont Cervical Pillow supports the natural curve or your neck which alleviates tension and helps keep your spine aligned while sleeping.
This pillow is tapered with the higher end measuring at 4.7 inches thick decreasing to 4 inches thick at the lower end. This allows you to choose between a higher or lower contour to best fit your body and sleeping style.
When you lay your head on a pillow, your neck should be in a neutral anatomical position whether you are on your back or your side. This requires that your head be lifted to a proper height. Because everyone’s bodies are different, some consumers have reported that this particular pillow was not the correct height for their ideal comfort level.
After reviewing the comfort features of the Milemont Cervical Pillow and various customer reviews, we have rated it a 7 out of 10 for Comfort.
What Materials Are Used?
The Milemont Memory Foam Cervical Pillow’s core is made of CertiPUR-US certified premium memory foam. This Aircell-Tech Gel-infused Memory Foam is calibrated to uniquely adjust to the pressure of your head and neck providing the correct balance and support that you need. This pillow is made to retain its shape and firmness even after regular, everyday use.
This pillow features a durable double pillowcase that is a hypoallergenic polyester material. It is easily removeable and machine washable. It features a strong, high quality zipper on the side.
Some customers reported a strong odor upon unpacking this pillow. Milemont assures its customers that this is completely normal for new memory foam pillows and it is not recommended that you wash the memory foam. This product is made with all chemical free materials and the non-toxic scent will eventually dissipate.

Stand Out Features
- The premium ventilated Air Cell technology memory foam promotes airflow to keep you cool while you sleep
- Provides a protective barrier against allergens such as mold, dust mites, and other bacteria
- Medium to firm support to provide maximum comfort for a wide variety of people and sleep styles.
The high-quality materials used for this pillow at such a competitive price point earn the Milemont Memory Foam Pillow an 8 out of 10 rating for value. However, this pillow does have less features and appears to be more of a basic pillow concept than its competitors on the market. For this reason, I rated the Milemont Cervical Pillow a 6.5 out of 10 for Features.
Depending on what you are looking for in a therapeutic pillow, a basic design may be exactly what is right for you. When factoring in the price with the features it offers, the Milemont Memory Foam Cervical Pillow is one of the most competitively priced therapeutic pillows on the market.
What Do Other Customers Think About the Milemont Cervical Pillow?
The Milemont Cervical Pillow has various mixed reviews however the positive reviews far outweigh the negatives. Creating a pillow that fits every single body size, shape and sleeping position is almost impossible so it is not surprising that this pillow may not be right for everyone.
On the positive side, many customers raved about the perfect support this pillow provided and the decreased amount of pain they experienced. Some customers even reported less pain in their neck and back after only one night of use! Many however, did say that it took a week or two to adjust to this new pillow which is very common when switching to a therapeutic pillow.
Many of the best reviews come from back sleepers who experienced great results with reduced neck and back pain. Side sleepers also found great comfort with the Milemont Cervical Pillow. One side sleeper was surprised at how comfortable this pillow was for reading in bed.
On the other side of the reviews, some customers were not thrilled with their experience with the Milemont Cervical Pillow. Some common complaints include:
- Lack of support
- Not enough comfort
- Hard and doesn’t conform to the head and neck
- Too high (even on the lower contoured side)
It is important to remember that pillow comfort is very personal and subjective. You don’t know if a pillow is right for you until you try it. With this information and considering both the positive and negative reviews, I have given the Milemont Cervical Pillow a 6 out of 10 for Customer Satisfaction.
